What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

Germany: €5.99 (2-3 days), EU: €12.99 (3-7 days), Switzerland/Norway: €19.99 (5-10 days), USA/Canada: €29.99 (7-14 days). Processing time is 12-16 days due to hand assembly.

What is your return policy?

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Contact us within 14 days of receipt, return items in original packaging. Refund within 14 days of receiving the return.

What warranty do I get?

All products come with a 2-year statutory warranty (Gewährleistung) as required by EU law, covering manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use.

Is Stratux certified aviation equipment?

No. Stratux devices are experimental, open-source devices intended for situational awareness only. They are NOT TSO, ETSO, or otherwise certified for aviation use and should not be used as primary collision avoidance.
